Ecclesiastical Trust

Privacy Covenant & Sacred Trust

Our solemn covenant to preserve ecclesiastical confidences, pastoral records, and private sanctuary communications under Divine Law.

Ecclesiastical Privilege Statement

All counseling, trauma recovery records, prayer inquiries, and communicant communications within the House of Cunningham are protected under absolute ecclesiastical privilege. We maintain unbroken private association outside of secular statutory surveillance.

1. Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

The House of Cunningham functions exclusively as an ecclesiastical body under the divine governance of the Father and the international protections of canonical law. We do not operate as a statutory corporation or secular commercial enterprise.

No member data, ministerial records, or pastoral communications are shared, monetized, or surrendered to external third-party tracking networks.

2. Sacred Pastoral Confidences

Communications submitted through our pastoral post, contact forms, or direct ministerial consultations are considered inviolable confidences:

  • Pastoral inquiries and prayer requests are held in strict ministerial confidence.
  • Records related to trauma recovery, child sanctuary visits, and family healing are protected under ecclesiastical privilege.
  • No commercial analytics, marketing pixels, or invasive behavioral cookies are deployed on this sanctuary platform.

3. Cryptographic Verification & Public Records

Public credential records accessible via our verification portal contain only authenticated ministerial certifications, public identification signatures, and international Den Haag legalization references required for recognized canonical standing.

4. Sanctuary Inquiries

For questions regarding this ecclesiastical covenant or private association standing, please address the pastoral post:
